Walking: Harvard commissioned a study in 2007 that proved that a half an hour of walking every day improves a woman’s likelihood of losing her post-pregnancy weight. The time of day that you choose to walk is not remotely important but if you want to take your baby with you (in the stroller or in a carrier) you need to be sure to walk when the weather will be hospitable for your baby.

Make sure you take plenty of fluids with you. If you do this every day, you’ll lose the weight super fast. You will shed your baby weight faster if you can maintain this workout for three or more days per week and watching your diet closely.
