Forgiving Yourself – Living A Life Of Freedom
One particular early morning as I sat on a beach appreciating an incredible sun rising I became overpowered by God’s forgiveness. I began to picture just how flawed I was, my continual need for His forgiveness as well as the pain I’ve caused Him with the sin in my life.

It was overwhelming thinking of how we fall so short in forgiving others as well as ourselves plus He not just forgives He simply doesn’t know of our prior forgiven wrongs. Then the word surrender took over. If We’re so flawed and also in this kind of need of forgiveness and you’re so willing to supply grace; why do I want to be in charge of myself or even anybody else?

The heaviest thing you’re going to ever carry is without a doubt that load of guilt and shame. The music says that you were not meant to bear your sins, they have been put under the blood of Christ. He died for your sin, so do not bring them up once more. It is irrelevant what you did, if you have confessed and also turned away, then you’re forgiven plus your sin is without a doubt forgotten. You are free to live. So how does God reveal to us to live?
So I say, live by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the sinful nature.
